How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

We won't keep you waiting! When you choose to exchange an item, your new item will be sent as soon as you put the item in the mail! For refunds, as soon as your items are inspected by one of our team members, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

We value our customers and hope to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. With all exchanges, the shipping is on us! Once you request an exchange, you will be given a pre paid label to use to mail your item back. For returns the discounted label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale.
Custom or personalized items.
